At Business & Pleasure Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns and exchanges on most unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all tags and protective covers are intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
